Gotham City is being plagued by an evil madman that thinks of crime as a hilarious game. It's Batman's job to hunt down this so called "Joker" and bring him to justice, but being the guardian of two teenage boys makes his job a lot more difficult, especially since Dick is gravely ill and Jason seems to be hiding a deadly secret from them all.
