Four girls born in the month which they were named. Four girls with abilities than no one knows. Four girls with a danger beyond all others. *********************************** December, March, June, and September are just normal high school girls with average lives and really weird names. Or everyone thinks so. December, born on December 21, is the protector of the season winter and is the mage of water. March, born on March 20, is the protector of the season spring and is the mage of earth. June, born on June 20, is the protector of the season summer and the mage of fire. September, born on September 22, is the protector of fall and the mage of wind. Together, they make The Elementals. The girls do not realize their power until a danger from another planet threatens to take over their planet and make every day the same, with no seasons or changes in the weather, which could lead to droughts, major flooding, and many other ecological disasters. The friends must find a way to stop it all. But how will they do it? December isn't interested in it at all, March keeps complaining about the costume, September is to afraid to fight and to shy to do anything, and June CAN NOT control her powers at all. Will the girls save the Earth, or will it be captured forever?

    Opposites Attract
    Opposites Attract
Based off a prompt on Tumblr: "I want a superhero series where they have powers that 100% contradict their personalities". Molly grew up as a fisherman's daughter in a village by the ocean, so naturally, it was a surprise to her and those around her when she acquired fire powers. Everyone around her had some sort of magic, but they all were compatible with who they were. Molly's mother had died in a fire for Aglea's sake! (Note: Aglea is a goddess who's name just happens to resemble a Greek goddess. They're very different.) Jax was the son of a rich blacksmith, who shocked everyone by developing water powers, and strong ones at that. When the two meet, they go on a journey to save Molly's village from a witch who wants their magic for her own. If they can't stop her, her icy grip will smother the world. Will something other than friendship develop over this trip? Only time will tell. (I don't own the cover image if you know who it belongs to, tell me so I can credit them. Also, you have no idea how tempting it was to put Fire Boy and Water Girl as the cover. I mean, reversed genders, but still.) Some of the magic bits are heavily based off of ATLA.

    Rising of the Weakest Mage
    Rising of the Weakest Mage
(Please read first two chapters for info, thank you!) For a long time, elemental magic has been widely known, used, and practiced. Elemental magic is based upon the four core elements - Earth, Air, Fire and Water. Elemental magic is most prominent in England, where many mages gather to learn and research elemental magic. However, during the early 1500's, the Fire Outbreaks happened. Several various fire mages suddenly swept through and destroyed the smaller cities of England, killing many in their way and leaving no survivors. Due to this the Council of Magic, the governing figure of elemental magic, issued an act - The Anti-Fire Act. This effectively banned any and all use of fire magic within all of England. The Council of Magic was later changed to the Triumvirate in the 1540's, and from then on are set on killing off every last fire mage. Allen Fleming, a 15 year old air mage, wishes to attend the Magical Knights Academy. The academy is where many young, prominent mages attend to improve their use of magic, and eventually become a magical knight. Magical knights are the respected mages who protect the cities of England and keep its citizens safe. But in order to even attend the academy, Allen must first pass the entrance exam. However, Allen's magic is extremely weak and he relies mostly on his physical fighting ability. Air is considered the strongest element within England, and with his lack of air magic prowess, many mages hate and ignore him. But what many do not know, is that Allen possesses a second element - the fire element! Without knowing who his real parents are, and having to keep his fire magic a secret, Allen has to work hard if he ever wishes to become a magical knight and achieve his goals. However, with tensions rising within the Triumvirate, fire mages on the run, and other events happening behind the scenes, Allen must go from being the weakest to the strongest if he even hopes to stop what may be coming in the near future.
