Elphaba, lost in the banishment following her death, has seen reminders of an old bouncy blonde she once knew. Glinda, bitter against Oz's ever-changing social mask, has always kept her eyes to the skyline forever in hope. All of Oz is in uproar and war is breaking out. The peace with the leaving of the Wizard has all, but died out and so it seems has love. Will these two witches ever be capable of bringing another sounding calm or will Elphaba finally meet a permanent death....
