This was a collaboration between ten honours students in the art class I attend.
The challenge was that everyone had to write at least four lines and you only had the last sentence of the last writer's piece to work off of. So, if the sentence you got was, "...and off they pranced, frolicking like woodland pixies." ,then that was what you had to continue with, regardless of whether or not you know what the previous writer was talking about, the point of view, setting, or even the characters.
Again, ten people, ten different writing styles, maybe even ten characters. ;)

The moment she noticed her handler forgot to lock the door behind him, she wasted no time making a run for it. There's only one problem though. She had no clue where she was. Surrounded by endless trees she was stripped of having any sense of direction but that didn't stop her motives. The girl began her journey and ran for what felt like hours, stumbling upon a small abandoned home camouflaged deep in the woods. No second thoughts, she took shelter. Soon it's discovered that the home was indeed not abandoned but already claimed by someone. The Outsiders Imagines
Last week my class had finished the book, The Outsiders, by S.E. Hilton. I loved it. My friends loved it. Everybody in the entire class loved it. We also watched the movie and we all had to look away when Pony just had his hair cut and bleached. Anyway, I found these stories called Imagines and I found them really cool and I wanted to do one myself and I might make more considering how my friend said I "broke" her when she read it. I might make more, I don't know, but it was fun to write this. I also saw how small some of the other imagines are, so I made this one long but not too long but still long. It's a not very original fanfiction, then again, no fanfiction is completely original. Also, Rafal really likes peaches for some reason...? Pretty normal fanfic if you ask me. *** This is my first fanfic/story I've ever really committed to, and it's been a core part of my improvement in writing. we both love the outsiders and johnnyboy so why not write oneshots about them?! the au we're going to mostly be using is that they're living in our time (still the same setting). here's some details about it: • ages: darry - 23, soda - 19, pony - 17, johnny - 16, dally - 20, steve - 20, two-bit - 21 and a half. (we upped everyone's ages by 3 except johnny, because we originally upped pony's by 3. so we made it fair) • dally lives alone with his two puppers :') their names are booper (a sheltie + corgi mix) and waffle (a dachshund)! (he's a college drop out, but has a paying job) • darry is a college graduate and has a job that he loves. soda, steve, and two bit are still in college and are living with their families. • pony and johnny are, of course, in high school. • everyone's families are the same. (except maybe the fact that their parents are willing to pay for school. idk if they don't in the book) • everyone's personalities are the same.
