My name is Morgan. My life used to be great: I was a track star, I had a great family, and the greatest best friend I could ever ask for. I was a quieter girl, always trying to fade in to the background. Never trying to catch anyone's attention. But I did. The day Chris takes me changes me forever. Will I fall victim to his psychotic tales of love and give my heart to him, or will I fight back and escape? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This was my first story on here, so keep in mind that there will be mistakes. Book I of II I'm 17 year's old living in the city, where crime never sleep's. Probably wondering how I mange, I do too. But trust me I've had my fair share of run-ins with assholes, but I've learned to grow a thick skin. I rarely let people in besides my best friend, Chris. We've known each other since we were in diapers. We know everything about each other, but what he doesn't know is that I might be in love with him. And I say 'i might' because I really don't know what I'm feeling. Like cmon, he's my best friend hella cliche right. So yeah, only time will tell, what the hell I'm feeling. "Listen, guys, I just wanna get home." One of the guys tried to grab my bag but I pulled back and held it tight. "Don't we all, little lady." Did he? Oh hell no. I was about to say something, then one of them pulled out something shiny. "I really don't want, any trouble tonight." One of them lunged at me, but then out of nowhere. Someone came literally, falling from the sky. It was a girl, and she was dressed in all black. And she wore a mask, so I couldn't see her face. She turned to me and said. "RUN!" A/N: Helloo my reader, I wanna thank you for taking the time to read my book. I really appreciate it, be free to ask me anything. By messaging me or commenting whatever makes you comfortable.
