*this book is based off of the Anime Death Note and the movie "L change the world."
RECAP
In the anime , Ryuk informs Light that a user of the death note never goes to heaven or hell but instead to an entirely different place all together.
Light dies after his "I am Kira " line.
L dies by writing his own name in the notebook then destroying the book in hopes of it not reaching the human world again.

Both L and Light have been living in a rhelm called the abyss. Still obsessive with Kira, Light closely observes what is going on in the human world.
In attempts to spark some fun, Ryuk informs Light that he can become a Shimigami. This can potentially lead off another big chase in the fight for righteousness.
