This is the story about Mackenzie Williams and her best friend of 14 years, Tia Brown. Mackenzie is 14 years old but according to everyone she acts like she's 4. But they find it cute. She's very sensitive mentally and physically, where as tia is the opposite. Tia is the mature one whereas Mackenzie isn't mature. Mackenzie is nothing like normal 14year olds.
