Welcome to the world of Tobi Vega. A world where witches, demons, zombies, vampires, and werewolves have lived for many years. At a young age, Tobi was switched from regular human boy to murdering demon boy. He's somewhat able to force a few demonic urges away from his mind, but it's nearly impossible when it's raining. 

To stop him from going on a murdering rampage that used to be the only part of his life, he's locked up in chains every time it rains. And as the memories of murdering helpless victims begin to flood his mind, Tobi has to hide his past from a girl he thought he liked and a girl he would jump in front of a bullet for.
