Maci is 15 and starting high school, she has three best friends Alison, Aaron and Jarrett, who she secretly loves. Maci's life is going great, she has awesome friends, she is a dancer and is happy to finally try out for the high school dance team. Yet with high school starting she is really unsure if things will stay the same and is a little scared to be at a new and bigger school. With her bestfriend Alison by her side Maci is sure that she can make it through her first year of high school no problem. Too bad that after the first week everything seems to be changing and adjusting is harder than she thinks, worst of all the super popular girl at school has the boy of her dreams. Maci wants things to work out but through out her freshman year things don't turn out in anyway she thought it would.
