The year is now 2055 which has been counted to from the first human civilization rebuilt after the calamity and some relics and ruins remain from before. Relty is unable to use any of the powers others can and is physically weak, this combined with his height and the fact he is mostly silent means he became target to bullying and being ignored by everyone around him beside his teacher Professor Dane.
