Stiles is thrown out of the FBI program, Stiles is furious with knowing it's because of Scott. So basically it's after season 6 episode 20. So when Stiles trys to return to the FBI program, he can't really explain why he left. So they drop him from the program. Stiles returns to Beacon Hills and that is where the story begins.
