Repopulating Uvis
Our planet had been on the way to destruction same as many others. However, we were able to turn it around but not without major irreversible genetic damage. It had been many years since a new female has been born on Uvis. We had set out and tried many other planets to find suitable breedable females. After much testing only one planet would work. Gaia or as the inhabitants called it Earth. We had been testing certain ones quietly. Working with their planet's leaders for a few years and have gotten the okay to reach out to the females of this planet. Everything was fine one day the next we kept losing power and then the announcements form the leaders and from an actual freaking alien! The offer was a good one for some, but could they be trusted? What would happen to the women who went to Uvis would they be treated well? Was it just a way to reduce the Earth's population so it was easier to take over? This is the same universe as Owned by them. New characters and a newer more civilized way of acquiring new females. This one is a bit more mature. I was writing this at the same time as the other. Every three years a group of two-hundred teens get sent to Earth. After spending two years on Earth, you can choose to go back onto the Ark or to stay on Earth. Most don't survive the first week. They get to either join a Clan, create a new Clan or go solo. If your name is called out, you have to go down. You have no choice. Almost everyone joins a Clan or makes a new Clan. Nobody goes solo, unless you absolutely have to. Or if no Clan accepts you. Every animal on Earth wants to kill humans, they have all mutated after the Nuclear War, all the ones that survived, and are out for human flesh and blood. Bastien Water's name gets called out during the Choosing and he has to try to survive on Earth. While his family grieves thinking that Bastien won't survive but he's out to prove them wrong.
