Growing up, Blue Anastasia Blakely spent the first ten years of her life living next to and spending countless hours with the Parker's, until her mother was offered a job all the way across the country, forcing them to move. While away, Blue and her family are in an accident causing the death of both her parents and her little sister. Blue is left in the care of her mother's best friend, Rosemary Parker. She moves back with the Parker's after being away for seven years, only to discover that the boys she grew up with are not the same as they were when she left. Beckett Parker grew up well with Blue, falling in love with his best friend at the young age of eleven is one of the fondest memories he has with her. When she left, Beckett and Blue not only lost contact, but their happiness too. Beckett dealt with his hurt in the only way he knew; partying and sleeping around. However, one phone call from his mom bring back all the feelings and memories leaving him stressed and confused. He soon discovers that not only did she lose her parents, but Blue lost her reason for talking with anyone. Beckett makes it his goal to get her to talk to him even if it is the last thing he does. *Contains strong language
