I'm a sixteen year old orphan who goes by the name of Callan... At least... Now... Before I was cursed with the burden of becoming what is known as a "Misfit Sinner". My name that I held dear to me before I became such a fiend is by no means to be spoken of in the midst of the demonic public, and I fear that the mentioning of my story will cause me to be in a fair amount of trouble because of such a social law. Those who are bound to a demon of such are by no means allowed to mention our origins, our previous families, and even our old names... I write this in secret for the world above, so that a human individual, perhaps a human brother or sister of mine may receive this message. Do read this message, and hear what a hidden fool such as myself has to say. It's simple. I ran away with my friend, we survived this rugged world only for a short period of time, I lost something dear to me, I made a deal with an evil entity, and now I'm cursed by my own existence.

Everyone thinks he should have recovered after that much time, but Allan still haunts Elliot every night. He struggles to maintain relationships with his family, and despite a coworkers interest he can't summon up the courage to date. Elliot is living for the past, because to live for the present means he'll have to live with a hole in his heart.
