I ran past the deli, the grocery, and the bakery. Grabbing a loaf of bread as my feet hit the ground. I could see where the road turned togravel and then dirt as we neared the woods. Ten feet. Seven. Five. Three. The river was in font of me and they where behind me yelling to stop in the name of the golden empire. I didn't stop, instead I kicked my boots up and jumped.
