Eric Hainston was once a Somebody. A mover-and-shaker in the magical circles until he screwed it all up. Now he's a wretched beggar trying to die a little quicker each day until (like all good starts to a story!) a woman shows up. Follow him along as he climbs his way back to his former glory and perhaps you'll find out why he's not quite even the other sorcerers.

This story really is better than what the description sounds like, my literary talents lie in story telling and not writing summaries. Just give it a quick look and I promise you'll find something to like in here. If you don't, then all you have wasted was a few minutes on the prologue.
