Ever Changing

Rose is a metamorphmagus. She transforms into different animals and changes her appearance. Her mom is a metamorphmagus.

I do not know if a metamorphmagus can transform into a animal, or any rules regarding a metamorphmagus due to the fact they are not mentioned much the only one that explains a bit of a metamorphmagus is Tonks.
