Young Roxanne (Roxy) is a socially awkward teen and is the complete opposite when she's under the influence of alcohol...relating back to the title of the story, she gets drunk and romantic thanks to her emotionally unstable state and her stubbornness to admit her feelings to a certain boy and take responsibilities for her actions
when drunk.

Dysn and Jaxon have been her best friends since the start of high school and because of them Roxy became the loose party animal that she is, she develops feelings for Dysn and everything fucks up from there.
