The planet "Merto" is a dangerous planet. Filled with dangerous "creatures" that would love to end our miserable lives.
Who are "we", you wonder? We are the last humans on Merto, the last survivors that decided to stay here. Some humans left for the other planets in this galaxy, mostly "Eanus" or "Nepiter". The other humans left to find another galaxy far, far away. But no one knows what happened to them, or if they are still alive.
But back to Merto; to survive here, you needed to be able to run really fast, be strong, stealthy and clever. If you weren't... Well, then you died.
Only the strongest could survive on Merto, and luckily...
I am one of them.

I am not from this planet. Hell, I am technically not from this galaxy. However, that doesn't change the fact I am here now, and my job is to save what I can on this forsaken planet and what's left of its inhabitants. The problem is that not everyone wants to be saved. I know what you're thinking. You can't save those who don't want to be saved. I bloody well agree. The ones who sent me don't care what you or I think, though. All they care about is numbers. They need a certain success rate to continue to get funding for their "expeditions" and "peacekeeping" efforts. I use both terms loosely here. However, that's what they put on their records, and it's what sounds good and looks suitable to their investors. So this is the way it's going to be. So be it! Having faith in something that literally isn't there but is is tiring. Also, the world hates you and you have to fight against the one thing you can't escape, sin.
