Her job was simple, seduce the future king of the wolves so that he could never focus on the imposing threats from his enemies; keep him so engulfed and involved in her that he'd never have time to worry about the threat of a war coming.
She thought it was easy, she thought she could do it, even if this wasn't what people normally hired her for. How hard could it be to seduce him? To keep him distracted?
She told herself any job was an easy task so long as you keep your emotions out of it, she never thought he could ever give her a job that would render her entirely incapable of keeping her emotions out of it.
