Mizuki D. Eustass younger sister of Kid Eustass, AKA Mizuki D. Kai was confirmed dead 2 years ago. Students from her class had already graduated from New world high last year and decided to hold a get together party the next year. A guy then was crashed in the party and a suspicious white haired girl had showed up holding a bloodied katana. Law, Kid, and Luffy decided to go after the girl. The girl was named Echo and she is an assassin who knows everything about Mizuki and her relationships with the three boys.
