Well, the Doctor thought, we are certainly not in Kansas anymore!
As the TARDIS suddenly leaps into her own actions baffling the 750 year old Timelord and his latest companion, Nyssa of Traken: Emma Swan goes on a date with Mr Gold. It seems the man cannot leave her alone. It is either him standing feet away from her with a strange tilt of the head, or Regina Mills storming into wherever she was at the time with her own brand of anger. She wants to gauge at least one of them.
The TARDIS lands in a quiet seaside town in Maine. Quaintly called Storybrooke. But the Doctor feels something strange about the residents: why, when he met the town Psychiatrist, did he want to give a little whistle? What was it about Mary Margaret Blanchard, the respected schoolmistress, that made the Doctor want to warn her about eating apples? When he met the Mayor he shuddered in trepidation! As for the Pawn Broker, Mr Gold, the Doctor could not make him out. Everyone called him Mr Gold as if he did not have a first name - which rang bells in the Doctor's mind, he knew only too well the power of a name.
Once the Mayor finds out the Doctor has two hearts she maps out her own machiavellian schemes that could destroy, not only Storybrooke but the world! It turns out she is not alone. Someone else is there, guiding her to destroy the Doctor and ruin Nyssa. Someone who has desired the destruction of the Doctor for centuries. Someone who seems to be adding his own pages to the book.
Pages that turn The Doctor into Prince Charming and Nyssa into Rumpelstiltskin's sexy accomplice. As the story of the Enchanted Kingdom changes, so it reflects on the real world.
Slowly Nyssa begins to forget whom she really is. Painfully the Doctor is feeling his hearts fade. Again it looks like Mary Margaret will be all alone.
Happily Ever After do not exist in the real world. Neither do they happen in the Enchanted Kingdom.
As the guardian of the book it seems Henry is the only one to save the world!

Faye, Elsie and Kerr were out for Regina's blood and Mr Gold and Callie were only too happy to provide such help to them by summoning a wraith to kill Regina. They didn't know that Regina was going to work with the Charming family to remove the wraith from their home and accidentally, Elaine, Emma and Mary Margaret got sucked into the Enchanted Forest, that still existed. While the three women were in the Enchanted Forest, they met new allies, new foes and Elaine, Emma and Mary Margaret along with Cora, Regina's Mother, and Captian Hook were all looking for a way to get to Storybrooke. Katy finds herself having an adventure in Wonderland, after following Will Scarlet into the diner after he stole the keys from Leroy. Regina Mills: 34 years old. Teaches English and creative writing. She is very strict with her students and demands focus and order in her classes. She wants her students to excel. Regina has walls build around her heart, to protect herself from heartbreak and pain, which causes her to miss out on the things that doesn't cause pain, but has the potential to, like love and friendships. She has one friend, Kathryn, who's also a teacher. Regina's father died when she was young, and her mother is a cold-hearted woman. Regina knows that her mother only wants what's best for her, but her own idea of what's best isn't the same as her mother's. They don't have much contact anymore. Despite all, Regina has a big heart and feels things deeply. She wants to help her students the best she can. Emma Swan: 17 years old. About to start her senior year in high school. She was adopted by Mary Margaret Blanchard and David Nolan when she was 14. They started fostering her when she was 13. Before that, Emma was always bouncing from bad foster homes to group homes. Like Regina, Emma has wall around her heart because of her very turbulent childhood. She doesn't trust easily and has a hard time letting people in - parents as well as friends. She has two best friends - Belle and Ruby - who was very welcoming when Emma first came to Storybrooke. They introduced her to their friends, making sure she never felt alone. One of the strangers is, however, familiar to Athena and she isn't happy about seeing them again. A stranger arrives in town, who knew everyone and hated them all, and wanted to get rid of them. It isn't long until Mr Gold is ready to cash in his favor with the twins, to find his daughter. Mr Gold, the twins, and Henry travel to New York where the twins are reunited with a familiar face, Henry's biological mother. For a while, she tried to fight the evil that began festering inside after the loss, and she lost that battle too. Then, for years she fought the love that Snow White and Prince Charming had for eachother, doing everything in her incredibly vast power to try and ruin it for them. Everything she did fought off love, deep down she felt unworthy of it, even from her own son who she truly loved but still kept at arm's length. When she met Emma Swan, it was different. Emma didn't even try to suck up to the mayor, she didn't care about Henry's stories of her evil-doing, though she did believe him. She wasn't scared of Regina, so she had no love to fight. It felt wrong, but for that very reason, Regina found herself with fondness for Emma. How odd, that the younger woman's lack of love caused the older woman to become fascinated.
