What happens when you are afraid of falling in love ? I know it's easy to escape from that feeling , but when your best friend develops a huge crush on you then you cannot even reject him because he is special for you as a friend and you don't want to lose him nor can you date him because you are scared about the situation after break up ....
This is what happens with Kristen Parker who always knew that her best friend Ansel had a crush on her. Finally fed up of her family problems she makes a you-tube channel to distract her self from all her family issues. Luckily her channel becomes a hit and she gains all the popularity she needed. From a ordinary girl to a teen icon, attending big award functions and interviewing celebrities becomes her daily schedule.
Will Kristen remain the same or will she change after all this attention ? Will she remember Ansel her best friend ?

While this is going on in her perfect life that every girl wishes to have Kristen is in a big problem which takes away all her fame . Which makes her hate her old self which may be was rude and mean .She decides to live as a new Kristen who is a nerd and shy .
