With her blue hair, punky style and unladylike attitude, Rose Taylor knows that she is the black sheep of the family. But it doesn't matter because in 22 months she'll be leaving the small town of Fair Haven behind for the big city, London. Until then she's going to live it up with best friends, Noah Hayes and Lani Stevens.

Sam Miller has everything a guy could ask for; he's popular, captain of the football team and has a gorgeous girlfriend. Things couldn't get any better. But Sam's perfect life is snatched away when he is tragically killed in a car accident.

A year later, Fair Haven remembers the happy, talented and funny teen until he turns up the next day fit and healthy... and cloned. The Ringers original purpose was to spare soldiers from dying in wars, clones that fought in place of their Originals, but things developed from there; the Ringers began to take the place of people who had died of unnatural causes. A lot of people didn't like that.

Sam's life becomes a nightmare as his life-long friends turn on him and he catches the attention of the school psychos, Jason and Alex. Rose feels sorry for Sam. She knows what it's like to be unwanted, unaccepted. When the two are paired together for a project they begin to peel away the layers, seeing each other who they are and not what they portray, and realise they both of them just want to be accepted. As their friendship blossoms into something more Rose must learn to let down her walls and Sam must try to protect her, because things are getting dangerous in Fair Haven. Someone in town is taking their prejudice too far and their willing to do anything to get rid of Sam...

DISCLAIMER: This book was written over the course of a year, and it has clear distinctions as to where my thoughts changed on the story line. Highschool Sweethearts by K-good
16 parts Complete Mature
Katelyn has been in and out of the foster system since her mother died when she was young. After her father gets put in jail again, she gets sent to live with the Thomas family. The Thomas's are a very well-off family with four boys. Their house is usually the main hangout for the boys and their friends. Kate hasn't ever lived with siblings before, let alone this many boys, so it's a big change for her. Daniel is your typical high school football player; he's got the looks, the muscles, talent, and even the overbearing dad who wants him to go pro. Daniel, however, really couldn't care less about a career in football, he loves the game, but it's his dad's dream for him to go pro, not his own. At least not anymore. He spends most of his free time away from his house and hanging out at either the Thomas or the Copperfield house. He can't wait to go off to college with his friends and get away from his dad and the stupid little town he grew up in. How will things change for them over the next year? This will be a series of 4, but the other books will be spin-offs and can be read as stand-alone books. They will, however, be published in chronological order. Full warning, this book is much shorter than I intend on making the spin-offs. I was planning on writing book two as the first in the series but found myself needing more of a prequel to all three other books, and so I chose to write something from their high school years. Bonus points for giving Daniel a love interest that was more than just a name.

Amanita: Poison Shot by marsaumell
135 parts Complete Mature
It's 2141. Clones have taken over as the dominant species. Using brain nanochips to surveil thoughts and actions, they have pushed traditional humans down to a status of low-class workers in a discriminatory dystopia. A nineteen-year-old aspiring mechanic and traditional human, Daphne, unwillingly leads a double life when Sigi, a rebel from the nightclub Amanita, hacks her nanochip and frees her from clone control. Since then, she becomes involved in a plot to dethrone the clones as the ruling elite. Daphne is caught between two pro-violence titans with twisted concepts of justice: Apollo, the Living God of clones, on one side and Agape, the rebels' leader, on the other. Daphne's ideals and pacifism are put to the test as she encounters good and evil on both sides. She abhors the rebels' blood-thirsty road to freedom, which only emulates the clones' violence during the Prevalence War. All in the name of justice. True peace, not rebels taking over and getting revenge, could end it all. But how? History and old mistakes will get repeated. Despite it all, some questions plague Daphne's mind: if true peace is possible, are criminals and tyrants worth listening to? Do they deserve peace? To be forgiven while uprooting the seeds of hatred so that history doesn't repeat itself? Daphne won't conform to the insurrectionary, perverse ideals of Agape and her allegedly justified acts of terrorism. But can she rise from a scared girl to an empowered game-changer? 🧬 🧬 ⚖ 🧬 🧬 A Sci-Fi story with a sprinkle of Romance and Mystery. "I want to capture this moment and save it forever." He looked at her, watching the way her cheeks flushed a deep red as he brushed a strand of hair behind her ear. "You're breathtaking. You have no idea how gorgeous you are, do you?" His voice was a low whisper, sending shivers down her spine. She tried to hide her smile but failed. Slowly, he leaned in, his breath warm against her neck. "Would you like me to make you feel good?" Her heart raced as she nodded, barely able to speak. His hands moved down her legs, teasing her, building anticipation. She leaned back, letting herself get lost in the moment, her mind swirling with the intoxicating sensations. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Michelle Garcia is doing the best she can to get back on her feet along with her 17 year old son. In her 40s, thrown away twice by men she should've been able to trust, she has chosen to focus on what she can control and work hard to provide for herself and Tony. Grant, Trent and Sam are three friends who have been together through thick and thin. Growing up together, they realized that they would always be a team. Them against whatever the world was going to throw at them. They also realized that they never wanted a woman to pull them apart. No Yoko Ono for them, nope. They needed a woman that they could share; one that would hold them together and balance them out. They tried separate relationships in the past but all fizzled out. They never found one that met the needs and desires of all three, until they saw her. RECENTLY EDITED WITH A CHANGE IN THE ENDING
