This is my version of what happens after Stephen King's classic horror story, The Shining. If you have ever read Doctor sleep you may recognized the prologue, I like it as a stem off from King's world into my own. The story is about Danny and his still incredible ability to shine. Danny starts to see his father once more even long after he's been dead. Wendy grows concerned at the idea that it might be him. Jack is telling Danny how he should use his shine to his advantage. Hope you enjoy.

She went back completely wasted and needed a place to stay for the night since her dad was on her ass about getting drunk so she stays with him. I hope you like the book, there is going to a mild amount of swearing and lots of drinking and smoking. Everything is made up beside the state they live in.
