"No." I said without even sparing another glance to the boy sitting by my side. He will be just another player wanting to try me like I'm a piece of clothing. DISGUSTING!
God! It's not even 2 months since I landed here.
"What?"
"Are you deaf or just feigning to be one?" I asked trying to find the sentence I lost in the book courtesy to this boy's intrusion.
"No one ever dare to say 'no' to me."
"Well I just did. Now if you excuse me and leave me the hell alone." Irritation swept over me after listening to this much arrogance oozing from this boy.
Can't he see I'm busy looking for something here? He sucks!
"Are you challenging me?" I can hear the frustration and amusement in his voice. Weird combination.
"Will you leave me if I say yes?" I tried negotiating with him. Maybe he'll leave me alone then?
"Yes." He whispered.
"Fine. Then yeah I'm challenging you. Now go away dude before I kill you with this book." I lifted my book a bit up to prove my point.
"Challenge accepted, baby" he breathed in my ear. I shivered and moved my head towards the guy to find his place empty.
Where did he go? Wait a second, what's the challenge!
