Alexis Monaghan was born with a heart condition. She always thought that she would live the rest of her life normally--with the addition of taking aspirin everyday. What if something else came with having heart condition? What if having an ailment was just a side-effect of having something better?
With a mentally-ill rogue on the loose, a top-secret agency needs her and a few others' help to bring the rogue down. Will they be able to stop the rogue on time? Or will this heart-quickening adventure be too much for Alexis?

After everything that happened, I couldn't shake the feeling that something was off with Nova. I told myself I needed to check on her and make sure she was okay.
