We were in a biological war with Russia and we had one bomb left. One that would change humanity. in a destroyed Russia ravaged by radiations, mutants, creatures, and other horribles things, our protagonists tells the story of living out, in moscow, and other places, their habitudes, and worst of all, theirs fights, their struggles, and other things that happened. From the beginning to start. (the following story is made as realistic as possible, where missing details, multiple entries, like audios, etc...) it's a experimental phase that i tested, and some people liked it, im now going to try it for you, and the others, to tell me if you like this style, and if you like it). You will get ALOT of details of the environments, it's creatures, etc... it's for the people who loves to know in detail the description and the comportment. Becoming Them: A Zombie Novel
What would you do if one second you were struggling to survive with your friends and mother in tow, and then you wake up to find yourself with a group of strangers the next - all during the country's takeover of blood-thirsty zeds? Megan couldn't believe her eyes. Her brain was muddled with confusion she couldn't get rid of, no matter how many times those strangers reassured her and explained what happened. But she had to accept it, even though it didn't make any sense to her. Megan had been with her mother every step of the way since everything turned to chaos, beginning just a year before, and now she was nowhere to be seen. And on top of that, she had the zeds to deal with. Ghastly creatures that used to be human, carrying a virus that's spread through a constant hunger for flesh from the host, spreading through bites and scratches. It didn't exactly make it easy to prevent getting infected. Things could have been worse, though, Megan thought. She could've been left all alone to ponder over her thoughts and fear over the future. It'll only be within the time spent with the new group will she find out that everything's not as happy and welcoming as it had seemed. These people had a few secrets of their own, including the real reason they took Megan in. 'I turned around and saw a creeper standing directly behind me, tilting his head to take a bite of my neck. It's breath was putrid, their crooked teeth stained orange from the feeding of animals. I grabbed my knife out of my boot and sliced it's throat. It stumbled back and came at me again. I poised the knife in my hand and forced it into its bloodshot eye. We can thank Arizona for that discovery." --- In Rustavi, Georgia, Kevin Kooper and his unit are in charge of cleaning up PCs --plagued civilians--that are still running out of control in Russia. Life is good in Red Rover Unit for Kevin. In a world where the government feels like it's run more like The Purge meets 28 Days Later, there's not much else he can do but survive, and he can't afford to be picky about how he spends his downtime or who is or isn't waiting on him when (if) he ever goes home to Washington. What more could he want? Still, on a whim, he signs up for the 'Letters from Home' program. A way for soldiers to talk to someone, get care packages, when they have little to no one left in the states. It's through this that he's matched with Toby Fritz. And it's through Toby that Kevin starts thinking he's worth more than the words scribed across the back of his uniform jacket that read, "Property of the US Army- PC Control Unit". After Kevin's time overseas is up, he finds himself back in the states, potentially face to face with his pen pal. Writing those heartfelt, personal words through a letter, and saying them in person, are two incredibly different things. Not to mention, war has a habit of following weary soldiers home (in more ways than old scars and nightmares). And Kevin's figuring out that the field isn't the only place that can turn into a warzone. -- This story is entirely based on fictional characters and events.
