Rich and privileged, Jordan Rossi had it all. Maybe too much of it to the point where she didn't realize how spoiled she was. Until she got expelled and practically got kicked out of her nice and comfy home to get shipped to a whole new state to live with her cousin.
Her parents sure hoped that would be enough to get her to be a bit more responsible without anyone to fall back on. It's never that easy when there are bad habits to break. Especially if she's lived with those habits for seventeen years.
New rules, new people, and a whole lotta of homework, Jordan sure hopes she gets through it without murder on her mind.

"You better get used to it," I retorted as I spun on my heel and headed for the school doors that led to the outside. "I've never met anyone like you before," he called after me, this time, not coming after me. "I know, Romeo. I'm a special little snowflake," I called back, not turning around. "You got the 'little' part right there, Princess!" he shouted after me. I threw up my middle finger back to him and heard him laugh as I exited out the doors rather dramatically. ... Being the new girl, officially sucks. Being the new Goth girl, wholeheartedly sucks. Being the new Goth girl, with horrific baggage, truly sucks. At my old school, I was thought of as 'cool and quirky'. Here, I'm just the weird new girl - the weird new girl whose parents are divorcing. I get stared at. Whispered about. Socially ostracised. I just know that my entire school life is now going to be an endless bout of loneliness and humiliation. Only, it would seem that Chas Summers doesn't think so.
