While Katy was enjoying the life of being a new mother, Dean on the other hand was missing his life as a hunter. In desperate measures Katy returns to the crossroads to visit a dear friend, she'd hate to admit she'd been seeing more often than not, to ask him of a favor. Crowley of course does this favor, since himself and Katy had become such close friends. Little did Katy know, it would come back to haunt her, like all her deals with Crowley do, but she does it without a second guess. What do you think Katy asked for? What will happen next with Katy and Dean, who will be hurt this time?
