Diagnosed with an unknown mental disorder which causes him to have severe hallucinations. Or rather, memories.

Phil Lester.
The boy who is in every one of Dan Howell's hallucinations. Or rather, memories.

Only problem is, Dan cant remember what happens in his hallucinations when he wakes up. And Phil doesn't recall those memories either.

What happens when they run into each other at a street corner at 5 a.m. and after that they each begin to remember everything?
