Cabolt was born on the streets and lived on the streets. Being the mangy mutt that he was, it was all he could do to avoid the dog catcher. But being a stray, Cabolt new more things about survival than all the other pets living a posh life in warm houses. When suddenly, a new "animal control" co. Popped up in the city of Sheldon Iowa called Happy Hounds, pets go missing. Will Cabolt and other Strays be able to rescue them in time before somthing bad happens?
