Stolen from Coruscant by the notorious Darth Sidious, orphan Ember Hawthorne is trained to become a Sith, for the Force is even stronger in her than Yoda himself. Since she had grown up on the tales and legends of the gallant Jedi, a Sith is the last thing that she wishes to become. After his victory over Darth Maul, Obi-Wan Kenobi finds the nine-year old Ember and takes her to the Jedi Council where she is trained by Mace Windu, and Anakin by Obi-Wan. Ember finally feels content with her life, but the voices in her head are growing louder, the visions stronger, all screaming the corruption of peace and justice, not to mention the death of her new family and friends.

Years later, Xynarus has been travelling the Galaxy under the guise of the well-known and respected, high ranking member of the Kuat Shipyards, seeming to be the wise, strategic, professional, lead ship designer that has invented and built ships such as the Venator Class Star Destroyer, and the well known, Lucrehulk Battleship. However, under the mask of Head Ship designer, Thespian, the unknown elder brother of Sheev Palpatine, prefers to be known as Lord Xynarus, and is a major player in the galactic-wide chess game that his younger sibling is playing, and whilst he acts like he unaware of his sibling's endgame... When Jade's old friend Padme arrives in Coruscant, she visits her and ends up chasing an assassin with Obi-wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker. She gets thrown in to the mission when Obi-wan and Anakin split up. Obi-wan and Jade embark are trying to find Padme's bounty hunter only to find what may be the beginning of the Republic Clone Army.Complete
