Maya and Matt are lifetime best friends from Australia who have shared the same dream since they met, go to an American College and live life as an American teen.
Maya is a cheerleader who has a long history with eating disorders. Once she meets Levi she begins to want to get over her eating disorder as they get into a comfortable relationship filled with cheesy Supernatural dates and loud, crappy music. But she's the girl with a dark past.
Levi is the boy who's has t had the best luck with life. He's the guy you're drawn to and always makes you want to know more about him. He's the type of guy that you'll always see with headphones in, under a tall tree but he's also the type of guy that knows. He knows how to have fun and he knows how to love. He has bad sides but doesn't every human being? He's the boy everyone wants to take home.
Matt is the only guy Maya trusts. He's the best friend that's always been there and always will be there. He knows what type of things Maya has been through. He's much like her in every way, they've spent their whole high school years inseparable. They're best friends. He's the guy who protects her heart.
