Have you ever experienced a strong fright ?? When, for example, your friend told you a terrible story, or you watched a horror movie without the permission of your parents. I think many after a while the fright passed. But what if I tell you that the fright can become an absolutely normal state(rather the anxiety that you experience during fright). When I was in the third grade ... The film "Inside Out" was released. And I first saw how emotions "live" in our heads. And I did not believe that "Joy" and "Sadness" can just go way from person. But when I became a teenager, when I gradually performed 11,12,13 years, my "Joy" began to leave somewhere, and "Sadness" became more and more. And in 2024, the second film "Inside Out" was released. There, "anxiety" added to the basic emotions. My anxiety. And I realized how gradually I began to develop Mixed Anxiety - Depressive Disorder. In the final of the first part of the "Inside Out" "Joy" and "Sadness" press the button and Riley turns out at the same time a sad and joyful emotion (and the resulting ball is painted in yellow and blue colors); then in my case "Joy" unites with anxiety. And my emotional balls have already yellow and orange. When Madd was diagnosed to me at 13, I was upset and was afraid of this state. But at the same time, Joy and Sadness could join Anxiety. And this has become the norm for me. To experience anxiety-joyful emotions simultaneously with the taste of sadness.Complete
