Alex was only 11 year old child she was abused by her own parents, they weren't always like this. They put her in an orphanage full of other girls waiting to be adopted. Some were extremely mean to her, some were nice. Mrs. Davis the lady who looks after everyone despises Alex makes her do all the chores.
