Sixteen years after Sarah said those last six words, "You have no power over me" both Jareth and Sarah have both felt regret. Sarah for saying no, and Jareth for not trying hard enough to keep Sarah. Toby, now sixteen, notices as the years go by, that Sarah isn't acting like herself, especially when she gets the news that a new guy named David comes to town.
