I rubbed my eyes and opened my mouth for a yawn.
I could hear sirens nearby as I tried to shake off the sleepiness.
As I made my way down the hallway I heard a low moaning...
"Mom?...." I continued down the hallway silently, when I turned the corner I sure as hell didn't see my mom. I saw what used to be my mom. She stood there breathing heavily, I noticed a large chunk of flesh missing from her forearm. Her body turned towards me as a low grumble started to form in her throat. I managed to take a few steps back before she lunged at me, I ran into the bathroom, slamming the door.All Rights Reserved
