Victoria is not like every other girl in her day of age. She has just turned 18 and has gotten the job as a reporter for the government. People are scared for her though because in her time reporters die faster then anyone else, but she doesn't let that discourage though because she wants to be closure to the government and know their secrets because the government had her brother thrown into prison and was exprimenting and giving him abilities humans only dreamed of having . She wanted to rescue him from them but while on her mission she starts falling for the head congressman's son, and that is not the best thing to do when you want to break all the governments rules and break your brother out of jail the congressman are in charge of...
