Max Dunreth has always been a, well, not-so-ordinary kid. Until he became a teenager. Then he became even more not-so-ordinarier.

Max and his friends, Jeth and Thia, all lived a normal life until one day, their teacher brought to them an amulet that would change their lives. The truth of their existence is revealed to them. Their dimension, the spirit dimension, was thrown into disorder by the chaotic (but not evil) Ga'almar. Before their dimension collapsed, they were transported into the bodies of dying young.
Their kind were trapped in the amulet, and only by releasing them can the elements of the Convergent Dimension (our dimension) be prevented from being thrown off balance. The amulet can only be opened by mastering each of the Celestial, Primal, and Terrestrial elements, so they journey through the spirit worlds to attempt what has never been done by any spirit or human before, but with only a year left before chaos invades the Convergent Dimension, will they be able to finish their quest in time?
