"I can except that." I giggled. We laughed together. "Fuck me," he muttered no longer chuckling. I laughed lightly, "No thank-"
Aidan took a step closer to me and kissed me, wrapping his arms around my waist. I was shocked, at first, but it felt so soft and right. I kissed him back gently as I wrapped my arms around his neck...

~*~~*~

A cancer book read about destruction. A normal book read about love, heart break or even horror.
Ella thought she held the pen to her story. That she didn't need some one else to convey her every move, fixing or even breaking her heart. I mean, who wanted a life bonded with some one else?
Seventy-five years - she often thought life as. If she was lucky she would have a full Seventy-Five years or even more.
But then the world wasn't a magical genie in a rusty lamp.
No matter how much she tried to push Aidan away, affection never died. No matter how much she fought, things were most likely going to turn out the same.

A cancer book reads about people's heart breaking, destructive stories. A book normal book reads about people's living, loving stories.

Scarred Beauty [Completed] by Love_Em_Peeps

Normal isn't a term Olivia Hernandez is familiar with. Her mother is dead to an abnormal disease, leaving her wallowing in scattered memories. Her father is abusive and never sober, leaving her treading through glass shards of beer bottles. There's too many unclear secrets her family has, and so she can only act as if that's "normal". Her eyes are bright, and yet, her skin is littered in scars. Olivia meets Alex James, the son of her mother's best friend. And where do they meet? A graveyard. How oddly compelling. When the two find each other at her mother's grave, Olivia can't help but feel close to him, even with his harsh and yet somewhat caring atmosphere. Not only are his pretty bluebell eyes alarmingly alluring, but the memories he brings back to her are even more appealing. They had a hidden past, tied together by Olivia's deceased mother and toxic father. They had a hazy future, tied together by Alex's bastard of a father and Olivia's childhood nemesis. This was their reality. A reality for a boy with the prettiest bluebell eyes and a girl who would forever be a scarred beauty. ~~~ "You told me that you loved me," I said quietly as we walked across the golden fields, out of the nightmare of a territory. I peered at him to see his eyes half-closed, as if he was fighting and struggling to keep them open. "You told me to trust you." His blue eyes glanced at me for a moment before falling back to the ground. The sun began rising behind us as we continued on our path, shining rays of gold and orange light on us. I sniffled and smiled lightly, but it was without humor. "But I don't know if I can keep this up anymore..." [ DISCLAIMER: This concept was developed during my middle school years. The plot may be seriously underdeveloped, so unless you aren't looking to read a picture-perfect book, you're not where you should be. ]

I felt a hand under my chin and then I was looking right into Aiden's eyes. "You know that I care about you, right?" He used the same hushed tone. Aiden cared about me? Well, I knew he cared about me, but I didn't know he cared about me. It makes sense. I shrugged. "I don't know," I replied back. "Well, I do. I care about you so much." He whispered. His next move surprised me. He leaned down and placed a soft kiss on my lips that lasted about two seconds before backing away. I looked at the ground, shocked. Oh my god. Aiden just kissed me. Again. And I liked it. A lot. *** Corey Hale and Aiden Praxston don't like each other. At all. Never have, never will. She hates him and he hates her; so she thinks. The edited version of this book is being updated under the name "That's Inappropriate, Mr. King." Twenty-two-year-old Anna wonders if she will ever find her mate. After her brother suggests that she should go to her original pack and try her luck, she decides to move there and gets her first job as a high school teacher. She had dreamed about her mate for very long time, but when she finds him, he is nothing like she expected... ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~* "Mr. King, what can I help you with?" "Mate..." He growled... A conflicted look in his eyes. "I knew this would happen, but I told you, we have to wait-" He scoffed, interrupting me. "I Caleb King, re-" Now, I interrupted him... with a kiss. I know I should not be doing this, but I have been looking for him for so long and I just needed to do this... At least once. A real kiss with my mate. I expected him to pull away but he put his hands on my lower back and pulled me closer to him. I could feel sparks and a happiness and tranquility invaded my body. It just felt right and I wanted more, but I knew how this would end. I felt the tears running down my cheeks. I stepped back, interrupting the kiss. He whimpered a little bit and for a second I saw adoration in his eyes, but he pushed it back, giving me a blank stare. "I am sorry. I needed to do this. You can reject me now." He looked a little taken aback. "You were going to reject me. I just thought we both needed to experience this only once. You are the future Alpha, so I should not be the one to break the bond. Please do it now!" I do not why, but I wanted him to do it. After all, he was going to do it before and I did not want a kiss to change his mind. "I Caleb King, reject you Anna Amores as my mate." I think I could hear my heart break in that second. "I Anna Amores, accept your rejection, Alpha, and I wish the best for you, always." I gave him an honest smile... And he left, without looking back... ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
