Ending of season four and beyond. 

What if Lotor had never turned up? What if Keith's craft had actuelly gone through the shield leaving a supposedly dead soldier in its wake? However that Soldier being brough back to life with one of the altean Pods, but not looking like he used to. 

What if all he ever wanted was to fit in, but being around that paladins wasn't the right place and the Blade was disappointed in him. Where would you go? To the only other one that was hunted by his own kind.

Things are revealed and turns out he isn't what he thought he was.. In space there was an intergalactical war between two alien races, the galra and the alteans. Both have one thing in common, when a kid is born until they reach the age of 25 in human years they are classified as a kit, or a baby. Keith happened to be this mix and the possible end to this crazed out war. With his instincts suppressed things could only get worse from where they started. He had to learn how to grow up quickly as he was in the foster care system from a young age, causing his suppressed instincts. What would happen if he met other people like him? His own kind? A few tidbits of knowledge that would make this story make a lil more since are: -This one-shot is only based off the movie, not the comics nor the upcoming (as of 2019) show. -All of the species named here (Gelfling, Skeksis, Mystics, Podlings) are all more humanoid than what is canon in the Dark Crystal movie but you can still image them as you wish. -The Skeksis are the Galra. (The Mystics AREN'T the Alteans though.) Image the Skeksis as more Galra-like or more Skeksis-like, do what fits your imagination.
