Anna's mother and father had died in a terrible accident. Custody rights said Anna had to go to her Aunt.
But for a period of time, Anna had seemingly disappeared off the face of the earth, and not a soul knew why. Anna never told.
A little after Tatara's death, Mikoto and Kusanagi find tapes of filmed downtime between Anna and Tatara. They realize, that before his death, he'd been trying to piece a puzzle together. Give right to something of Anna's past.
Question after Question he asked, all went unanswered.
