Boarding school was a tradition set in stone for the Carlyle's. Each of the four daughters were always set to be handed over to Upperton's Private Boarding Academy for Girls at the tender age of 11. There they would find a sense of independence and eventually grow into the talented, intelligent young women their parents hoped they would.

And they all did. All except for Valentina.

The youngest sibling and last to be offered over to the pretentious beasts, Valentina had manged to escape the cruel fate of boarding school for five years. But with Sixth Form upon her, her dad finally decided that after the tragic events their family entailed, she's finally ready to brave prep school for her last two academic years.

Abandoned in the country side, miles away from her real life, Valentina looks for an escape at whatever cost. From causing chaos to hatching deals, the Carlyle's youngest is desperate to get back to the city and everything she knows. But whilst looking for a way out, old relationships become unclear, new friendships are made, lines are crossed and Valentina is forced to question where home really is.
