Flicka, a fourteen almost fifteen year old girl, has just started high school. She is new at this school and has no friends, but quickly befriends a group of senior boys. She is taking all Senior classes, which doesn't cause her that much stress, but her father is a different story. This is the story of how one remarkable girl get's through high school with an abusive father because one remarkable guy helps her along the way.
