When anyone turns 18, you receive the voice. Of you're soulmate that is. Before you turn 18, you hear their voice in your dreams, a sort of echo that resembles your future husband or wife. That voice becomes distinct when you turn 18. It's exciting, yet it ruins your life forever. Anybody that used to be your friend is now psychotic, some even in mental hospitals. Almost 18 year old Clarke Beckham is blamed for her parents unexpected death by her once caring sister Rave. The one who tortures me even though nobody knows who, or what killed their parents. As the voice in her head becomes more clear, she recognizes it as the voice of a mysterious boy that used to go to school with her. And that voice tells her that he's in trouble. Clarke goes on a journey to a place discovered by few to find her soulmate, and possibly the answer to her parents death, using only the voice in her head and a few unexpected friends to help her on the way.

Her life started out grand; two loving parents, a house in the suburbs, tons of friends; all in all it was a great life. But when Radhika turned 10 life turned upside down. Her parents started arguing non-stop which led to a divorce. Her mom got most of the custody over her and her dad left town to pursue his lifelong dream; being single. When Radhika turned 14 her mother passed and she moved in with her dad. that was when she started becoming mental. Radhika felt like the whole world was against her and she had no one by her side. One day Radhika tried to kill herself in the janitors closet with some cleaning supplies and poison. He also has a dark past. (His dad killed himself and mom took pills and died) Things happen between Emily and Asher. But hes had relationships with his students in his past. Emily doesn't know. Will Emily find out who killed her parents? And what dark past Asher has?
