"How long are you going to stay with me?" The Doctor once asked.

"Forever," Rose Tyler promised.

Forever is a long time, especially in the eyes of the Doctor. Yet both of them wished more than anything for that to be true. Both the Doctor and Rose wished ever so dearly to stay within the arms of each other. Forever safe by the others side.

What if they had?

What if Rose Tyler and the Doctor were never ripped away from one another? How would Rose have reacted to her Doctor regenerating once more? How would seasons 5, 6, and 7 have played out if Rose was there?

What would it have been like if she stayed?
