Rune Alliaezar is a young girl growing up in the suburbs of Camrose in Alberta, Canada with her younger brother Peris. They are Fey and live in a separate world from the mortals. Not once, in the 100 years that the Fey and the mortals have been separated have either race come into contact with one another, until the day rage-filled demons invade the mortal world and the only ones who are able to control them are the Fey. But what happens when Rune meets a half-demon boy who is part of the brigade and ends up falling for him? Can Rune and her friends save the mortals and regain their trust, can she melt Salem's cold, hardened heart, or will all hope be lost along with all of the citizens!?
