"Alfred sent me your thanks, Miss Moore." I heard a man's deep voice quietly call from behind me. Upon instinct I turned around, to face Bruce. Swallowing nervously, I gave a small smile in response. 
  
"Yes, I'm forever thankful for what you did, Mr Wayne. Even if it was two years ago." I smiled, looking up into his dark and gloomy-like eyes. Still not recognising me? Maybe this will..
  
"Please, call me Bruce." He let a toothy grin slip, one of those charming smiles that could have a woman wrapped round his finger in a second. 
  
"Then call me Alessa." I quietly replied, glancing at the floor, before shifting it back to his eyes - which had surprisingly widened in either shock or surprise.
  
His brows knitted together and his chocolate eyes studied my painted face, as if putting together a puzzle. "Alessa?.." Bruce said in disbelief, almost inaudibly.
  
My brows raised briefly, accompanied with a sigh. "I didn't think you'd remember." I smiled. "You know, getting old - it can affect the memory."
