Life. Something we have but can't keep. Moment. A swift blow of the wind, but then again just brief. Something I came up with when I was with my father in the hospital. We stayed there for the night to nurse my grandfather. I just happened to woke up by 4am then watched the dawn break. I dedicate this story to my cousin who lost her mother today. They were basically one of my inspiration in writing this stuff. Hope you enjoy! -K.A.

Is one night of happiness worth the days you could have had in the future? My Dad was a genius, his work changed our lives. When his star fell, i met Lou. We were the same, and yet entirely different. The time i spent with her taught me more about myself, my father and the nature of time more than any linear life could. I could no longer have what i wanted, so i would help her start the life we both would have wanted.
